HPI offers 6mm offset wheels to convert 190mm electric cars to 200mm:

You can get a "rally" kit for a TC3, which has longer wishbones & cvds to make it 200mm. You could see if these wishbones will fit your TC4.
Also, I have a Hobbytech HT-1 electric tourer, which is 200mm.

From what i have been told (im expecting my tc3 + rally kit sometime soon) that the tc3 and tc4 suspension are totally different from each other and would NOT work.

Just out of interest.. why are you looking for a 200MM electric tourer?

Well, mainly because I only bash and theres a better selection of 200mm bodies.
