I'm going to paint a CP 2.0 body. Among other colors I want to use a very deep/dark metalic purple. My thoughts are to use the Faskolor purple putting on 7 or 8 coats then back it with silver but I dont know if that will give me the metalic look. Should I back it with something different?

Get some Pactra pearl purple backed with metallic black. Or You could use a Candy purple, backed with silver, or metallic gun metal. Or you could use Candy red backed with pearl blue! That would most likely make an awsome colour!

Looks like Pactra is the way to go then. I'll probably get the rattle can and the air brush colors. Gona play with some lightning effects too.
Thanx

Createx Iridescent Violet is a very nice dark metallic purple when laid down in several coats. If you want an example of it, let me know.
