Reverse Disable on a Futaba MC230CR ESC How?? DO I DO IT?

can anyone please tell me how to disable reverse on a futaba MC230CR ESC

I own one so here is how;
1. Start with the car turned off and the radio on.
2. While holding the setup button turn the car on.
3. Done :D
Just repeat this to turn reverse back on.
