Set your truck on a stand when not in use. If you dont, you will get flat spots that will cause a wobble. If they are not too bad, they can work themselves out as you drive the truck

Just a wild guess here...do you have the foam inserts on the wheels?

I get mine all ready to glue. I chuck a wheel in a drill so I can spin it a pretty good rpm. I made a little axle kind of thing that's long enough to let me chuck in a 3/8" drill and mount the wheel and have a little room. I use a variable speed drill - slowly come up to speed so if somethings going to mess up, its at low speed.

This seems to get everything all settled inside the tire with the liner and they get a lot less lumpy and a lot straighter. Then they're ready to glue. You're prob doing this with them on the truck anyway after they've been run a while.

If you trim the foam liner it should fit better inside the tire and rim area. Trim the edge the meets tire at an angle, the area that meets the rim. Remove small amount of foam then test fit the assembled foam liner, tire and rim. If you still end up with rough areas that can't be worked out by rotating the wheel assembly and pressing out the rought spots try removing more of the foam. Do one tire assembly at a time to gauge how much has to be trimmed, in that way you won't mess up 4 foam liners only one. I'd remove the tires from the vehicle if it is going to be unused for a long period (until warmer weather) in that way there is less sprung weight on suspension.

Some die hard racers will also disconnect the shocks as they feel that can cause springs to lose a little of their rates.
