Anyone have any idea what a good voltage would be for zapping a single cell? I have access to about 60VDC and was wondering if momentary "shots" with that much voltage would breakdown a short. It works for lead-acid batteries. I have seen plans on the net that use a capacitor, but with what I know about electronics, the cap will not increase voltage, it will store a little more current for a better zap. The power supply I have is 60 volts, 15amps ... plenty of current. What say you guys? Anyone done it?
