TC3 Team or XXX-S

Since nobody races F1 cars anymore, I'm thinking about getting a touring car. I'm looking at the TC3 Team or the Losi XXX-S. Can anybody give me reasons why I should pick one over the other? I'd appreciate any input.

The only answers you are going to get will be emotional response. Both cars measure up pretty evenly. Neither car seemed to get any real complaints in either review.

Both cars are good, I prefer the TC3 because of its shaft. It also depends on what parts your lhs stocks the most.

What I find to be true in the big debate of which is best.. is the person behind the wheel. Everybodys driving style is different, so one car might feel good to you and not to another. I was racing Losi buggy, and could not control it worth a hill of beans...My bud had a B3 buggy, so we switched to see what we liked. I like the way the B3 handled better.. But my racing bud, loves the Losi and the way it felt. So we traded for good. Its all in how you drive. Chances are, if you never have raced, you will get comfortable driving it. Good luck.

Hey, my choice would be the Kyosho KX-One (the original single belted TC ;) but that wasn't one of your choices.

If he had the cash to get the KX-One, he could just buy both the TC3 and the XXXs and the problem would be solved. :)

Go for the TC3. When and if you get sick of off-road you can just get the Rally Conversion. :cool:

I agonized for a while also before finally deciding on the TC3 "Team" car. The main selling point for me was the shaft drive. Second was the upgrades included with this version. I just finished building it last night. I have no regrets buying this car. I'll try to get out and run it somewhere this weekend.

The TC3 is good but for me, the nod goes to the XXXS. i own both and based on my experiences thus far, the losi is easier to dial in and work on than the TC3. I was able to better my best lap times made with my TC3 in just a few outings with my XXXS.

well own a tc3 team kit...well not a kit anymore..i'd changed so much around made some adjustments it's almost a factory team with what i want in there and it just flies...just 2 weeks ago i smoked a nitro RS4...so it's really the driver more and what u like...oh hey people i'm getting the Trinity D4 9T High Variance Split Double Blank Motor..and on tower it says it has RPMs: 52.235 is that true..cuz if it is i'm sold..thanks...:D
