Can I charge NiCd 7,2V/1800mAh (6 subC cells pack)with charger wich have output 12V - 250mA? Its home carger which I use to charge 9,6V 1300mAh packs (8 AAA pack) for kids electric car.

I think you can. It will take around 8 hours.

Without putting a ma meter in series with the pack and charger, you have no way of determining the charge rate. With the lower cell count, you might draw over 250ma and burnout the charger.
