im thinking about gettting a new charger, this one looks good, because im thinking about really putting money down for batteries and i want to be able to take care of them. will this charger allow me to? can someone whos experienced with batteries help me out please. thanks. auto cutoff at 1.05 volts? is this normal? per cell i mean...
