I just started a body not 3o min ago with this faskolor paint. Its new to me, and I thinned it down a bit with rubbing alcohol as advised... I shot the charcoal shadow and moved to the orange... the charcoal went down fine, but the orange ironically oprage peeled like I've never seen! What went wrong here?

Ok, so never mind. The guys at Starting Grid said I was laying it on too thick, i gues with faskolor, the first coat needs to be very very very thin. No more alcohol, using windex now :p . and the orange needs to be sprayed down there around 20 psi, black likes 35 i'm told.

For some reason I've had a lot of fish eye problems with orange too. You are right that the thinner the coat, the less the problem.

Just spray your paint in light coats building up the colour as you go. Allow it to dry inbetween also. You can use a hairdryer to speed up the process.

I dont thin my faskolor at all. It is the same paint as Auto-Air, which is made to shoot without being thinned.

If you insist on thinning, I'd use the extender made by Auto-Air. This will help prevent the dulution of the color.
