need help with XRS esc

hey, guys just got a truck togather for my nephew for his christmas present. Just got it running, drove it around in my room to break in the motor. I then hit the setup button now it won't go in reverse. Don't know what's up, I tried hitting the button but didn't help.

did you go through the set up procedure ?? you have to do more than push the button.
