I've got back into RC driving after a 15 year absence - got a degree, a career, a woman, a house, a real car etc...
Anyway the amusing thing is that 1/10 buggies are making a comeback, and touring cars are the main thing. In my time buggies were the main thing and touring cars had just started.
Well, in quest of my youth, I got myself a Yokomo MR4 BC buggy. On it's second run on my street (I was trying to loosen it up for my first re-tighten) I flipped it. That would not be so bad had I not broken the front bulk cap in the process. I've ordered a replacement, but I don't fancy this occuring whilst out practicing, So I have decided to get a saloon/rally bodyshell for extra protection. The trouble is that I can't find anything on the internet for bodymounting kits for my MR4 BC.
The second question is whether the new bodyshells would house my front and rear uprights without fouling, can anyone come up with any suggestions?
Finally the next thing is should I get a 190mm or 200mm bodyshell?
Lohan
