when i hook it up the motor runs constantly at top speed and there is no reaction to the transmitter except when i turn the brake about half way it slows down a lil but theres no steering and the dually is hot enough to cook an egg the motor dont get to hot but the battery does. i did get a tad of water on there but not very much at all and it was working fine untill i tryed to turn it on the next day, anyone know whats wrong?
try to reprogram the ESC, and check if you accidently hit anything on your radio. Clean out your esc too...that should(hopefully) do it.

Well, son, that could be bad. My Dually has never even got slightly warm. First try reprogramming it like Isky said. Your trim could have been majorly tweaked; that could cause the happy motor, but not the hot ESC.
If you got it wet, do this. Take the case apart and let the thing sit out in the air overnight to give the electronics a chance to dry.
If these don't fix it and checking all possible radio problems doesn't either, you'll probably have to send it to Novak.

On the front and back are two oval shaped plastic rings snapped over a smaller oval. If you pull the rings off the front and back, it'll be ready to open. It's not glued.
