Where can I get one of these sharp looking bodies? I've seen an ad for them on HPI's site. Still can't find any anywhere.

Well, if you're talking about the New Beetle body, I don't believe HPI has one available for the TC3, the one they sell is meant for the RS4 Mini chassis, so it wouldn't fit on a standard TC chassis(like the TC3, or Yoks, or Losi XXXS, etc.).

Grizz: HPI have a brand new (just out this month) Beetle Cup body. Go to the HPI website and it's in the "new stuff" section near the top. http://www.hpiracing.com/

oh, yeah, that'll fit on your TC3, though you might want to use some wheels with a little offset(maybe 2mm or so) to fill out the wheel wells properly.... :)

Does offset refer to the diameter of the wheel or the width of the wheel? I forgot. Also, I know by using wider wheels and spacers you can make the TC3 fit 200mm bodies.
There is a kit from AE (includes bones, susp arms etc), but it is way expensive. What size rims and how many spacers do I use to make the car able to accept 200mm bodies?

You dont need spacers. I am pretty sure it is 190mm. But if it is 200mm then I can still tell you. You need 24mm rims and if you buy HPI rims they come with spacers, and you just stick those on the hex in the rim and it sets the offset. Offset refers to how far the wheel sits from the chassis. Basically by adding spacers you push the wheel out slightly making the chassis wider. Hope I helped, and correct me if I am wrong, but the only thing I am nost sure of is the wheel size, but I bought 24mm rims for my 4-tec and I imagine its the same for the TC3.

Yeah, 24 & 26mm wheels fit on the TC3 with no problems. As was said, offset is the location of the munting part of the wheel in relation to the true center of it(if the mounting hex is dead center like normal wheels for the TC3( I think that's for those that are dead-center, it could be wheels where the mounting point is as far to the outer part of the wheel as possible), then those have 0mm of offset, while 1mm offset moves the outer edge of the wheels by 2mm counting both wheels). So to make a TC3 closer to 200mm wide without the Rally conversion kit, you'd need spacers of 4 or 5mm for each wheel(though if you just get closer, like with some 2mm spacers, they'll look pretty good, very close to filling out the wheel wells). I hope this makes some sense, it's kinda late here..... :)

Thanks, that makes perfect sense!
