As long as I am being long winded, I might as well ask more. As I was telling you guys, I am brand new and know nothing about this hobby, however I am torqued about it since I bought this mini for my son for xmas. I canno tbelieve how far this hobby has come since when I was a kid (70/80's). Anyway, I'm going to have to buy one for myself to run with my youngling. (starwars reference). Anyway, with all this TOO COOL stuff that I am reading about and seeing at my LHS, I am blown away! What do you guys think... do I go electric or nitro? Do I go Monster or Buggy? What is a truggy? What part of all this is the funnest? yadda yadda yadda. opinions please...

a truggy is a buggy with longer shocks/arms and truck tires and body. getting back into it, id go electric. monster for sure for the bash factor. funnest part of the hobby- the driving with friends and the bash sessions. tonss of fun!

can I get a truggy that is as fast as nitro? What about a monster that is strong enough on electric? i thought the electrics couldn't hold up against the nitros? thanks
