Suspension???

hey guys i just had a look at a buggy its the second one ive seen in real life im am picking it up brand new on froday its a HoBao hyper tq. I have a question about the suspension , when i pushed down on the shocks on the display car it went down and didnt come back up much is this normal?

its called sag, and yes it is it has been sitting in the same spot for a long time

lift the buggy up and manually bring the suspension down as low as it will go without breaking it. thenput it back on the ground/table/etc. and press the suspension down. it should only be a little soft and should return almost to where it was before. if it doesnt, it usually means the shocks are too soft
