Hey guys, I need help with the following, how do you get power to the receiver with an esc???
Sorry for the rather low iq question....

ESC wires go into channel 2 slot, Steering servo is channel 1.
Of course, you can read directions.

I had pretty much figured out which slot to use for the steering servo and which one for the esc, however my problem is with the power to the receiver, shouldn't there be something plugged into the Battery slot of the receiver..........

No, in pretty much all cases, the ESC takes care of all power handling duties, so you don't need the "Batt" slot on your reciever. However, if you decide to use that reciever in a nitro car, then you DO need it, that's where you'd plug in a reciever battery pack. ESC's, though have a BEC(Battery Elimination Circuit) that makes reciever packs uneccessary..... :)
