When i start my buggy up everytime now the wheels spin at like 100 miles an hour and are out of control anyone know the cause and how to fix it

Try lowering the throttle trim on your controller. If the engine revs the same but the wheels don't move, turn it off and tighten or loosen (don't remeber) the idle screw which should be a little screw with a spring on it on the carb. There should be like a 1mm opening in the carb hole before it doesn't close anymore.

If the above doesn't help...then it is likely a clutch bearing gone bad. Or maybe the springs. Tear the engine out, and check them and replace as necessary.

it moreso sound like you got a shoe/spring dragging, or your clutch bell bearing are givin out, tear it apart and try to spin the bell freely on the engine shaft, if it spins for a ridiculously long time, the bearings are going to pop soon, then take the bell off and inspect the shoes/spring for any sign of glazing, melting, or if anything is bent of sorts
