You may wanna try using a dremel wheel cutter and cut out a new slot... using a flat head screw driver should solve that problem :cool:

Try wd-40 to loosten them first, then unscrew them.

Its probably the bits on your tools. The ones associated includes with their kits arent very strong. I suggest trying new tools before cutting into your screw heads. The same thing has happened to me before.

It also could be that you use the Blue Aluminum(this is because i am assuming that you have the factory team version)which is not nearly as strong as steel or Titanium.

TiScruz are titanium screws from Lunsford, which are jsut awesome, but cost a buck for a set. There are other places that sell steel screws, and stainless steel, etc.

If you would like to get some stainless, i know that SirSpeedy here on this bb has his own company, GetScrewed, who sells them for about 20 bucks a kit. They are sweet looking too, they are machined, and shiny!

B3 Boy, those screws are the problem, they are not very strong, find some steel ones.
