I would call Ofna. You could try the place you bought it from...but Id guess they would direct you to Ofna in the end. Unless, of course, you bought it from NitroHouse...in which case, they are the U.S importers for Ofna. Either way, from what I have heard...Ofna/NitroHouse customer service is very good and Im sure they will replace it for you. You could also go to Ofna's website and post this pic there.

Well I did buy if from Nitrohouse and they are taking care of me. They do have great customer service. Its not their fault it was put on upside down. They prolly had Kyosho do it for them. Hahahahahahahahaha
Other than that, I love the bag. I will prolly buy another one for my son.
