Charger busted!!!

I have a MRC Super Brain 809 charger that stopped working. I took it apart and found that the fuse was broke. Is there any way to fix the fuse or do I have to buy a new charger.

can you take out the fuse?
or is it soltered onto the circuit?
If you can just take it out, do that and take the fuse to an electronics store like radioshack and they'll sell you a new one.
