I just bought a new hpi rs4mt electric kit. i have installed a garnet speed gem(13 turn double) an esc (dynamite) and the rest is set up per the instructions.. I won't be doing any suspension tunning until after the 12 inches of snow melts. I was wondering what the general opinions were on this truck and any tips on setup/hop ups from other owners...thanks

I have had my EMT for several years now and have had no major problems with it. I broke a graphite chassis when I skidded into my mail box post(wet grass) and broke a chassis brace when I hit one of those concrete thing in a parking lot when it was going at least 25 to 30 mph. I drove it an off-road track several times and many rollovers and flips with no damage.
My recommendations to improving the truck are getting ball bearings, the chassis brace, the motor heat-sink, and a really strong steering servo(my still can barely turn the front tires).
I still think it's a good truck

I don't know the part number off hand, but you can find it on HPI's website or at tower's website. For the HPI site, go to kits and click on the EMT. Then click on option parts.
As for run time, I have never timed it. I estimate that it lasts for maybe 10 minutes. I only use short bursts of full throttle and drive fairly smoothly I get enough time to have fun before it runs out, if that is the purpose of your question.
