ooohhh praise u the bearer of good news!!! (that sounded *** . lmao) it is a fusion from novak. they will replace it? are u sure? cuz its water damage and it was kind of my fault. actually, it was all my fault. i put it in a balloon, but i ran it still got snow in it. i took off the bullet connectors. does that matter? i still have them. i have everything that came with it. even the box. so like, will i be able to like get a novak dually instead of the fusion for a less price? i hope so. that would so rock the casbah!!!!!!!!!!! do they have email? ill check their site to see what the deal is. thanks alot!!! whoooooo hooooooo!!!!!!

u said for 1/4 or 1/3 the price right? on ANY esc from them? or just a new fusion? that is too sweet. i think its like 1 and a half years old. isnt the warrenty only like 90 days? geez. i hope yur right.

Wait a minute I has the same prob and my receiver was dead. Try your esc in a friends car if the lights work your receiver is trash OR you can go to a hobby shop and ask to try another receiver. Hope you get it fixed. :-0

whoooo hooooo!!!!! it works!!!! i got it working. at first, i didnt have any brakes, but now the brakes work. the exact same thing except for the part with the brakes happened when i put it in the ditch full of water.

this time, instead of 1 ballooon on the esc, i put 3. is that too many? i put them on, over one another, and i put them up past the heatsinks, and onto the wires. i also wrapped some electrical tape on the wires to hold the balloon on there, and wrapped another piece of small balloon around the wires and covered where the other seam was and taped that with electrical tape. i also put a balloon instead of a baggy on my receiever. but it rippped, so i covered the ripped parts with electrical tape. that doesnt matter if my receiver messes up, since its a stock traxxas and i have another traxxas receiver that i bought, btu didnt use. so my spare is brand new. the rceiever which i am using now is messed up anyway. the antenna wire was cut inside the case, and i just tied it together and taped it. so its pretty much on the fritz already. although its been like that and has worked great for almost a year!!!!!

i still emailed novak though. my esc is out of warrenty. i bought it i think 2/2/00 so its really out of date. no reply from them yet. i think i may try to send it in though, and maybe get one for a lower price? or just get a new board put in it. cuz its probly messed up.

and i used my plow too!!! its awesome!!!! it works only for light snow though. we have about an inch, and its really light. and it works good. i dont have reverse, so i have to pick it up and re set it when i get the snow pushed to the edge of my driveway. its sooo sweet. i cant wait to get my maxx and get my plow made that i designed to it. it will be soo awesome.

please help me!!! i just got my tire chains on last night. they are too sweet. and i went out for a little fun, and i am experiencing technically difficulties!!!!!!!! i have full steering control, but i have absolutely no throttle control or brakes. i had my esc in a balloon up to the heatsinks, and my receiver in a bag. and my batt in a bag. there is some water in the bag of my batt, and it got into the shrinkwrap, but thats happened before. cuz i went into a ditch full of water, and everything, including my esc, 2400 trinity batt, motor, and servo was totally submerged in water for over a minute. and after it dried out, everything worked great. that was like 4 -6 months ago. now, for sopem reason i have no throttle control. it just started happening today. ive never experienced anythng like this. even when the on/off switch is switched to the off position, when i hook up my battery, the thing goes crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no control. even if i turn it on i have no control!! please help me!!!

o, and dispite all these problems, the chains rule!!!!!!!!!!! they are soo sweet. should i put some on the front of my rustler to help for my steering? i would have to buy another package, cuz i used 8 feet just for my rear 2 tires!!!!!!!!!! the hook up is nice. not as great as others have seen, but thats with their maxx's. and this is 2 wheel drive. but it is too sweet.

o god!! i think its my esc!!!! i just tried using another battery, and i still have no throttle or steering!!! and it doesnt even go by itself!!! it doesnt go at all!!!!!! i cant make it go and it doesnt go by itself! please dont tell me its my esc!!!! cuz im trying to buy a t-maxx!! and i cant buy a new esc!!!!


o god!!!!! i just tried it again, and my led light doesnt even come on!!! what the heck is wronf with it!!!! go i hope its not the esc!!! ill have to buy a traxxas or soemthing!!!!!!!!!

Dude, I hate to break it to you, but it IS your ESC. If the lights dont light up, its your ESC. I doubt its your receiver because you still have steering. What ESC is it? If Novak, they will be happy to take yours and replace it with a BRAND new one, for 1/3 or 1/4 the price you got it for, ie: My super rooster needed wires, so I bought a BRAND new one from them for $38. If its traxxas, im sure theyll get it working, or sell you a new one for cheap. Call the manufactuer and ask.
