Does anyone know the companies that make RC cars, and equipt. here in the US? I know Losi does, and Associated I BELIEVE still does. Anyone have some facts?

Traxxas is in texas, Losi is in cali, and associated is also in Cali.

Team Losi and Associated are the two main racing companies. If u look at race results they both usually come out on top. Traxxas I think is also in the U.S. correct me if i am wrong. They are more a beginner company but their cars can be turned into racers too. Your probably wondering well should I go with Losi or Associated. That is all choice. It is like comparing Chevy and Ford. Losi's newest line of cars are the XXX series. For Associated it is the Factory Team series. check them both out and see what you think. I hope this info helped.

traxxas has onr in texas, and in the UK, losi is made in Chino Cali,i am not sure about where associated is, but i am + it is in the US

Thanks for the comments. As far as wanting either Associated or Losi, I've owned both. I wondered if any other comapnies are making parts here in the US. Futaba is certainly Japan, as with Tekin. Not sure about Novak. Anyway, thanks again for all comments.

I don't think Traxxas parts are made in Us .They are made in Taiwan. Coporate customer service here in US.

Traxxas is made in Tiawan.

Associated is mostly in Costa Mesa CA, but the new RTR's are made in Tiawan by Thunder Tiger.

Novak is in Irvine CA.

Bolink is still in GA.

If SOME of the parts are made in Japan, or Tawain, or whatever... then it's NOT made in the US. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif I wondered with Associated... because of their ties with Yokomo. I'll write to Associated and find out from them. If they reply, I'll post it here.
