ESC for RS4 MT

I am looking for a ESC with reverse that will power a 16x3 motor in my RS4 MT. Any suggestions?

Either Novak's Reactor($89.99 Handle down to 12 Turn) or LRP F1 Power ESC($79.99 Handle down to 13 Turn). They both are very good. I personally have the Reactor and LRP V7.1, they both work fine for me.
