Ok, here is my problem.

Need help ASAP, I bought brand new OFNA tires already glued on, RTR, because the ones I had before ripped off from the rims. I bought the car used so I thought it was happening because they are old tires and its time for new ones. All the time I drive it on dirt and loose gravel, NO on road driving.

I am going thru the same deal again with the new ones. I have an OFNA Force .25 with modified sleeves, crank and dome. I know the Force is a bashing BB so any suggestions.

So, right now I am on my third set of rims and tires and this time everything is CA glued etc etc.

Is this a normal issue with off road buggies? Its my first time owning one so I dont know. The engine does have plenty of punch and just shreds the rear tires, literally ripping them off from the rims and I do not rev it and let them sping free-wheelin. Any help on this issue, experience etc.

do you mean the beads are breaking loose from the rims?i have that happen abit on my buggies also..best thing to do to remedy that is get good ca glue..like the losi kind.and before glueing the tires to the wheels.if they are chrome then you need to remove the chrome from where the tire will be glueing.you can do that by scrapping it off or using a dremel tool..if they are not chrome you still should scuff up the area some where the tires will be glued and seated..also clean the wheel bead with alcohol or dish soap to remove any grease or film..also need to wipe the bead down on the tires with ethier like i mentioned alcohol or dish soap.and let them dry throughly before glueing.should solve your problem.hope this helps

I mean the area where the tire meets the rim and it has a small channel so the tire sneaks in and holds on with glue. Its pissing me off, and then the tire inside is full of dirt and grimme and its almost next to impossible after that to get a clean surface.

I will be more cautious and attention to detail, but I am very picky when choosing tires at the LHS by seeing how well they have been adhered. Also, I got the Jammin type tires with the small spikes and when I took it to the dirt track it ripps the little stubs out and now the tires looks like slicks.

This is no BS, the dirt was kinda mud that had dried out with gravel and sand in some areas with the usual bumps and turns. So, I bought on EBAY a set of tires that have very chunky spikes, big ones instead of the little flimsy ones of the other tires.

Any suggestions on tires that last a long time and the rubber does not ripp off. I will try to post pics of how the tires start to tear on the edges on the area that it meets the rim. I thought about buying liquid black tape or some kind of flexible urethane to plaster on the inside so they are more compact and do not flex that much. It the Ultra has the factory gear, dont even know which one, but its factory.
