What's a good touring car mod motor? I'm looking for a 10x2 mod.
Thanks

I like the looks of the Reedy Pulse and Peak Stratos, both have 10 turns available, and are $30 or so. They are as fast as $60 motors and save you money to buy other stuff!

Are these the best mod motors???
Do they truly give the same performance as the higher priced mod motors???

Some of them might, but being machine-wound, there will be more variation from one motor to the next(just like stock motors). Really, the only reason I see to buy hand-wound motors is if you're going to race seriously, in racing you need consistent performance & every little thing you can get, & it's easier to find exactly what you want with a hand-wound. but for playing, you don't need that at all, so a machine wound will do fine, & save you a good deal of money.... :)

Does that mean that the higher priced motors like the new Ti and D4 are hand-wound motors?
Yes, Probably, Or Your Just Paying For The Name...
