Several of the vehicle manufacturers may sell one (Associated, HPI etc) and some others Integy, Orion, Niftech etc. A couple of things can be used in a pinch drill bit that slightly larger than the kingpin (I think either a #27 - #29 is the size) or a small round file (set can be purchased at Radio Shack).

An 1/8 inch drill bit works perfectly for Associated vehicles like the T3 and B3. If you have a set of drill bits and a dremel then you are all set.

These what you are looking for? These are .1150 and .1160in. Should be able to find them at any machine shop supply house. I'm lucky to have one about 12-15 miles from me. :D

Maybe your hingepin is bent. When ever my hinge pins are tight it usually means there bent. You can also try polishing them really good that usually helps out too.

tool for a bigger hinge pin hole??
DREMEL!!!!!
only with the proper drill bits ;) . evaderstman beat me to it - roll your hinge pin on a flat surface to see if it is bent at all. You shouldn't have any trouble if its the proper hinge pin going into the proper arm.
