just got a 7cell pack made of Intellect 3800 Mah cell and when I stuck it on my charger it read 1.35 volts!!!!!! For the hole pack. But it did take a charge. So what do you all think is it dead or just just going to die soon?

did it peak?

what steps did you do it making the pack?Yes but did not get "warm".I did not make the pack it is a MaxAmps pack. But all is good it charged I ran it(them) in my Maxx last night had lots of power.Plus when I checked it(them) had 9+ volts left in it this mouning. So all will be fine(I hope). But Man I never had a pack that low and still take and hold a charge.  :)

cells were probably just dead and setting around a while b-4 you got them.

sounds like your other pack is a good candidate for a discharge tray and a c/10 charge. I think your packs will be fine too. One thing is for sure most all the cells are equalised in the low pack haha
