I BROKE A FUEL TANK OF MY OFNA LX COMP.I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO FIX A CRACK ON A TANK INSTED OF BUYING A NEW TANK.EX:SUPER GLUE,SILICONE,ETC.IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER SECRET TELL ME PLEASE. :confused: :D ;)

Well, you can use a soldering iron to melt the plastic, thus fixing the crack. Though, this only works for a few tanks. Nitro will eat through glue, so your best bet is to get a new tank.

Yeah, you can use silicone or sealant if you do it correctly, but if you fudge up you'll probably run lean and mess something up. I would just suggest getting a new tank, it's not that expensive...a tube of silicone will run you like $5-8 anyways.

I Put Some 100% Silicone Sealant(kitchen&bath).i Bought It Of From Home Depot.im Just Going To Run It Like That For One Day(thanksgiving)(tomorrow).after That Im Just Going Ahead And Order A New Tank.im Going To Still Bash Alot.

this is not an permanent fix but you could put super glue on the crack and then sprinkle baking soda over the top (it should fizzle) do this severale times

your better of just replacing the tank.
if your in a pinch you can melt it closed but its not as good as a new tank. dont use sealants or glue. the nitro will eat through them

a soldering iron should to it.clean the tank first(and not with alcohol..duh)
