Buy a piece of copper wire(solid) about 2 feet long and 6 or 8 automotive lightbulbs (discharge 12V at high amps). Cut the wire in half and solder 1 piece to the brass or copper base of the bulb and the other to the silver bottom of the bulb. Put a piece of copper wire(stranded) on the end of each solid piece of copper and put on a battery connector. It costs $5 for the bulbs, $1 for the wire, and $1 for the battery connector.

We use one 12V headlight at work.
Bulbs #1157, each bulb discharge at 2 amp. Which means if you put all 10 bulbs connected in parallel, you make a 20 amp discharger.
Or take a look at this page http://www.balakracing.com/bulb_discharger.htm
It is not necessary to make the auto cut out.(It didn't work for me). Use the silicone wires and make a frame can be a lot easier.
