when i said stock, i meant by pricing. Those cost just as much as gm3s. And their not advertised as mods.

Most "stock" motors are 27 turns, and 24 degrees of timing. Anything not advertised as a stock motor, isn't a stock motor!

i would still go with a stock class motor just because they will last longer... i would go with a P-2-K... the recent batches of GM-3's haven't been exactly reliable.. some are super fast, others burn up on the first pack..... because of that i would get a P-2-K..

but if you really need the power... speed gems arent bad at all... they come stock with bearings, and generally put out good power.... the wind you buy will depend on what you will use it for...

peace out... :)

I have a tekin rebel and have run a P2k, and 19 and 17 turn speed gems on it. If you plan on racing go with the P2k however the speed gems have more power. Think about your battery's when picking your motor. I would not buy a 12T if all you have is 1500mah sports packs. If you can afford good batteries, and have a rc car made for racing and you want to fly get a 12 or 13 turn. If it's made for racing and you just want to go fast get a 14, 15 or 16. If its not made for racing and you just want to go a little faster than you already are and only have sports packs get a 17 to 19 turn mod motor. gear it right and it will be fast with good run times.
