Ok here is the problem....when I steer my car to the left or the right and let off the controls it doesnt come all the way back to nuetral postion like it should. For example when I come out of a right corner on the track and let off the steering wheel it fades to the right same for the left turns. I want to stress this ISNT a trim problem soo let me know if anyone knows what the problem might be. I've tried turning the esc and trasmitter off and on again, but it doesn't correct the problem. Any help is appreciated this is so aggravating. O yeah btw the car is a hpi pro 3 setup with Futaba 3pj fm radio and a tc2 esc just in case that helps well let me know what you guys think.

That happened to me too, it was a crappy servo horn. Replace it first. If that doenst help, try a different servo. If you're using a cheap servo, you might want to think about a metal geared one anyway.

i would tend to think that your servo isn't strong enough if that's what is happening to you.

It is a futabba servo s9304 it came with the 3PJ and this is a new problem the car use to turn on a dime. I prolly should add that I wrecked the car in my house yesterday, just a minor lil wreck, but ever since it makes a continuous servo buzz. Maybe I fried the servo??? Whats a good cheap replacment for the pro3 under $40 bucks?

Disconnect the steering linkage AT the servo. Then check for binding in the rest of the linkage. If it is tight moving it by hand you can bet the servo is having a helluva time trying to return to center. Find where it's binding and fix it.

well this can be a number of problems...seeing that you recentely wrecked I'd check the servo horn or servo saver first and make sure they are not slipping on the servo. Next check the servo to see if the gears are stripped. Also it could be from excessive slop in your steering tie rods. As mentioned above it could also be bind in your steering preventing your servo from returning straight. It could be your servo's electronic components not returning your servo to center.

i had that problim with my T2 back in the day. turns out the steering servo wasnt strong enough, once i put a high powered servo in it it was better. i also had to match it with a tougher servo horn. once i did this the steering was so prisice it wasnt funny.
