Losi XXX Setup - newbie question

I saw on a setup sheet an adjustment called limiting. Excuse the dumb question but what is it? The sheet I saw had .50 Limiting on it.

They were talking about limiters inside the shock. They go on the shaft, below the piston (inside the shock body), and they are there so the shocks don't extend fully. If they weren't there, the shocks would be too long and your ride height would be too high.
