batteries and chargers

okay, I know this is posted a lot on here, maybe it should be made into an FAQ? I know that it appears everyone likes the cells orion puts out, but I don't understand the numbers on the stickers. what do they mean? and what would be considered a good number for the catagory?? I need to get some good cells and prob get a new charger too. I'm looking at the novak rhino, anyone have any thoughts on this charger? I'm wondering if maybe I should get an intellipeak so I can switch to NiMH if I so choose later on. I think I'm going to stick to NiCd 2400's for right now. any info is greatly appreciated.
