conector question

i have a batt and esc and i dont know what kind of conectors are on it. i need to know cause i need to buy some for my charger. they are black and red and they are male and female. please help. p.s. they are not deans

Well, it's difficult to say from just that, but they might be Sermos Powerpoles(also sold by Litespeed, Anderson, Duratrax, Racers Edge, & others), you can find them in lots of places, especially commercial electronics shops. Now for your charger, if you already have alligator clips on the leads, then you don't need to install any connectors on it, & if you don't have alligator clips I'd really suggest you just install those, instead of the same connnecotr as your battery. Alligator clips will work for pretty much all forms of connectors we use on our cars, & performance(of the charger) does not suffer by using them..... :cool:
