I am trying to get an electric kit and deciding between the yokomo MR4TC or the HPI RS4 Sport 2. Which car is a better choice? Does the regular yokomo MR4TC have the lower CG motor heatsink plate like the pro version?

Thanx

Well it all depends on which you want. What does your LHS carry parts for? Use that to help make your decision.

They carry parts for both cars. Another thing does MR4TC accept stick packs?

ok i think the mr4tc is a better car and hpi will be coming out witha pro 3 soon so id go with the yokomo, but the only prob is that there part support ***** big time and dont try writing yokomo about it they wont answer,
but if you have a hobby shop with a steady supply of parts for the mr4tc go for that, but you might not wanna over look the tc3 racer is a very good kit!

Thank you for the information NE_ I was wondering, does the MR4TC have the motor heatsink and the low cg chasis with the opening for the motor and heatsink plate like the the pro and world version? is it worth getting the pro version or should I just get the regualar one and hop it up. Also Nitrohouse has OB4 pro electric for $100, what do u think about this car?

The mr4 tc has a motor heat sink the motor sits on top of it ,im pretty sure so the motor doesnt sit as low as it can with the pro version, the pro version is really worth it. it will cost a lot more to hop it up to the pro spec then just to buy the whole pro car, the pro has the dropped motor location and dropped batterie location unlike the regular kit. i think your talking about the ob4 international thats rtr. from here it looks like a nice car but id stick with the mr4 tc or pro!
