Motor cleaning gone bad.... !

I purchased some motor cleaner (Duratrax) and some Comm drops (Trinity) to do so cleaning on two of my motors. This is my first cleaning, so I went with the only advice I'd gotten: unhook the motor, pull the brushes, and spray it out with motor cleaner until it runs clear. Let it dry. Well now, my motors won't run! Have I done something wrong?

no, you haven't done anything wrong at all....

this is fairly common... just pull on the wires running to your brushes a couple times (pulling the brushes off the comm just a couple millimeters)... they probably aren't getting very good contact after you re-installed them.... and if you simply pull them back a little, then let them return back to the comm, usually that will get your good connection back....

report back if that doesn't work.... (but it should)
