I am going to buy a vision peak charger from my lhs. I don't have and real packs only radioshack and nikko packs do they work ok with this type of charger? Also I think the dynimite vision charges that other type battery not nicad but the other one can't remember but the 3000mah radioshack packs are that different kind would they work ok if they do how long do they take to charge and last. I will be running these in my E-maxx so will they work or what should I use?

Hey dog, you're not getting any love over here! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif Radioshack and Nikko packs should work. I have a couple 1700 Radioshacks and they work fine for playing around. You should look into buying some decent batteries from Trinity or similar companies, if you get the chance though. You'll pay a little more, but you'll be more satisfied with the run times and power output. I don't know if the Vision charger can charge the 3000 NiMH or not, you should look them up on the web and find out. Most of the new chargers are NiMH capable, but I'm not promising anything. I would think those 3000's would be good in an E-maxx, they should give you good run time.

Thanks man I think I read in rcca that it does support nimh. I just rather get radioshack cause they are much cheaper. I don't race so I really just want a 10min or over runtime. With 1200mah I only get like 2-3min at tops. It really s*cks cause I want to drive it more but can't cause of lack of good packs. I was wondering what is the turn in the e-maxx motors cause I was thinking of getting the 17turn or something trinty motors for it maybe?
Oh and I am having trouble tightning the slipper clutch it seem to just turn but I can't hold it unless I take apart the caseing what am I doing wrong?
