I just bought a used LRP SR. It has great throttle control, but it has really weak brakes, it take ten feet to come to a stop, with a Rage Type-R. I was using a Novak DusterII for four years, but something came loose and it works sporadically now. How do I fix the incredibly weak brakes? Do I need the Diode for the motor, the chip for the speedo, or do I need to configure it differently? Please Help!!

You can adjust it by adjusting the brake buttom. Which is located on the top of the set up buttom.

LRP calls it a Pod you want to adjust the brake pod. With a small straight headed screwdriver turn the pod to the right to get more agressive brakes.

I've already tried that, with the pot all the way to the right, but it still won't work.

Did you adjust the transmitter properly accordind to the LRP's instruction before you set up the speed control?
