Im looking into buying a P2K Pro. I was woundering if i put a 1500 pack in my XXXT, what kind of run time would i get. Would the pack last on a tight off-road track? If you have any input i would like to hear it good or bad!

It all depends on how you gear it. I have a buddy who was able to run a respectable 2nd place finish with an old 1500 pack and a Midnight 2 in his XXT-CR. Just gear it enough to clear the jumps.

That's usually what I run on our blue groove track here. I'm not sure if they changed the final ratio on the XXXT versus the XXT-CR, but I also had good luck running a 86 tooth spur (used to be pink in color) and playing around with different pinions. Usually 21 or 22 tooth. By the way, we're geared for 5 minute heats.

Cool. The XXXT has 2.43:1 gear ratio, i don't know about the other one. I have like 3 1500 backs and im about to get 2000's or 2400 and try and run the modified class to, but im gonna start with the Stock class first. Iv put alot of money into this truck even had a guy paint the shell. I guess im braging a bit but this is my first Losi and im never going back to AE. lol well i guess that wasn't very nice its just how i feel.

You shouldn't have any problem running that setup for only 3 minutes.
