I'm creating this new thread so that RC'ers can post information about Events/Races/Schedules on rc tracks or anything that has to deal with RC's in the Las Vegas Valley. :)

I have a TA05, I entered a race at hobbytown on the 21st of January. Let me know if you are going to be there.

Is there a charge to compete in the race? Is this a one day event?

This sucks! I've had my ta05 stored away for the timebeing until that new indoor track would open up. anyways, all i have to do is paint the body and I should be set! I'll call HobbyTown for more details about the event.

Here is what I know:

cost: $5
you have to sign up by Friday (I think)
registration must be done by 11:00 a.m.
practicing starts at 12:00
racing starts at 12:30

They are having all car types and classes. I signed up for the electric, on-road, novice group.

Cutting Edge is open. The off road track has been open for at least 2 months now. As of right now the carpet track is being built and should be race ready soon from what I hear. They are also starting a off-road point series on June 3rd. Their website is www.cutting-edgerc.com.

....and cbol is a nub :D
