I would like one with reverse. It will be mated to a p2k. I was looking at the Super Rooster and Reactor, but Tekin makes some nice ones too. But what should you look at to see if it would make a good offroad control? Thanks!

IMHO, the LRP Pro Reverse is the best reversing ESC out there. It has no motor limit, is a lot smaller than the Super Rooster and has a reverse lock-out feature for racing. I have this ESC in my XXX-T and my RS4 MT and I am very happy with it

good luck

I have just finished my first RC build. It's an RC10T3. I have a Reedy Ti 11 x 2 motor and have a (LRP)IPC Pro Sport Digital ESC. I did consider the IPC V6 Offroad but was advised otherwise by the supplying model shop, and I am glad too.

This ESC is brilliant... flat out release the throttle turn on a dime. Hit the brake and it's whoa... it stops...

My mate has got the super rooster its very much bigger than mine. Though as the saying goes size is not important.

Have fun choosing your ESC...

Thanks guys. LPR, lemme check into that. My esc now is too big for my cramped Ultima RB chassis. I have to use an elastic band to tie it to the battery holder. Very bad but works. It's a cheat Airtronics Contender and I think it's not utilizing all the power of the p2k. Also it's very hard to nail down the neutral setting. I find my self adjusting it after an hour or so of driving. I'm looking into the LPR's now, thanks.
