Judging by the response these articles get, it's safe to say you guys love them. I'd like to do at least two of this type of articles a year. What specific[B] boats would you like to see go one-on-one or do group battle? We've done two electric shootouts recently, so we're due for some nitro or gas...

Being that I dont have the delight of getting the chance to run different types of hulls, I would like to read a head to heads or even group battles of the following:
1. Mono v Hydro
2. Hydro v Outrigger
3. Outrigger v Mono
4. Cat v all of the above and others.
Etc.....Or all at once.
Maybe the same engine size. Gas , nitro and electric. Or similar scaling.
To find the following: handling, easy of starting, ease of setup, problems with running.
All of you experienced racers can give your impressions of the various hulls.
Just so myself and others who are trying to decide want type of boat to start or get next. I notice some starting with boats that are way too difficult to run and setup for newbies. :o
Just an idea......
Want you guys thing....?????

Yeah, I like the head to heads too. Doesn't matter much to me as to what, just head to heads.

I've got to go with zzr on this, I'd like to see a Gas boat shoot-out and he picked some good ones to go up against each other. Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of Nitro powered boats in other classes that you haven't done head-to-heads on in RTR form. Keeping the apples away from the oranges helps to keep it a fair comparison, no Cat's vs. monos or hydro's. It may be harder to keep the tuned piped ones from the cannister muffled ones though but if it was in the same price range, fine.
Decibel readings would help also as this is getting to be a growing concern.

Right now, the shootout I want to do most is with gas boats, and I have discussed it with fellow editors Matt Boyd and Paul Onorato. If we can get the boats, it's on.
