Running in motor?

I have just bought a Yokomo 27T Drift motor and before I thrash the crap out of it I want to run it in properly. My charger (Duratrax Ice) has a motor run in function but I have never used it as it's only new. Can anyone give me some advice on running in this motor?

For bashing just install it, gear it correctly and you should be fine most motors come broken in or partially seated. Only series competitive racers are concerned with proper breakin, to get as mush power out of motor as they can.

Thats a plain jame stock motor. It's allready set for you.
