Wheel Adaptor

Anyone know where I can get 12/14mm hex wheel adaptors? What I need is for the adaptor to fit over a 14mm hex that would be from the original axle of the truck but have a extending 12mm hex on the front of it to fit into the 12mm hex pattern on the wheel.
If you dont get it Ill explain more if needed. thanks!
