Car Size

I just got a Cougar Body with a size of 200mm on it. What scale size is it. I'm going to be starting a new hobby and need all the info I can get.
I'm looking into buying the Gas Powered and would like to use the Cougar body on it but not sure what size car I need.

assuming its a ford cougar(thus a touring body) then it's a 1/10 scale

It would most likely be a 1/10 scale, I'm pretty sure. Do you know the length of the body?

The inside diameters are about:
445mm long
200mm wide
125mm high
