I use my TA05 for bashing around some parking lots and I think I'm getting some HPI X-Pattern radials for it. Do I want the Belted versions or the regular? They both come with the one piece foam inserts. I will likely soon be running a Novak Brushless System in this car, if that matters....

With the power you will have, get the belted ones. They'll balloon less, and keep a more consistant contact patch. Great tires too!

How about in the slim chance that I decide not to put the brushless in this car? Still can't go wrong with the belted?

Belted=better. You'll still have a better contact patch as the tire won't "squirm" as much as an unbelted tire. :)
