PLease Give me Info to make a Bulb discharger

can someone e-mail me or tell me where i can get a diagram that shows me how to make a bulb discharger? i want to make one that has wire soldered to the sides of the bulbs and a wire that is soldered to the bottom of the bulbs, if i want a 30amp discharge rate, how many buls should i use, and wut kind of bulb?

Look in the past articles section, in the february issue, it is there, and you would want 15 bulbs for a 30A discharge
