ok bare with me for a second

i have never been really intot her whole competative tc thing but since my nitros and winter dont like eachother i am intruiged... i am looking for a cheaper race oriented tc that i can race and my gf can learn to drive on once i get a 1/12 to race....

i have seen the tt-01 route done by a friend and while cool i am more of a pan chassis person....

i dont want used cause i just dont i want to build it and have a new r/c.... somethin i havent had since my first r/c 6 years ago....

so my options are.... ta05... sprint... or tc4 team kit....

tc4 is really borderline as far as price... id rather go cheaper and do better elecs.... another thing i have never actually put moiney into....

any input on these or other cars will be greatly apreciated thnx

best bang for the buck hands down would be the trinity tspec http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXGVU6&P=7

It doesn't seem like you see many T-specs out there. Are they just not competitive enough to hang with a well built TC4 or some other "higher" end touring car?

That looks like a really good car. I was thinking about a cheap electric and that would be perfect. Thanks for pointing that out.

You really can not go wrong for the price. I picked on up lastyear for some parking lot bashing(i didnt like beating on my TRF kits on the road). I ran it a while with a 19t, 17t, and 14t. Now I run a SS5800 in it without a single problem, and not a single broken part yet

you can also get the chassis only minus a body.

what more could you want to upgrade? It already has bearings, ball diffs, threaded oil filled shock. It also has pillow ball suspension(full adjustable). For the price will not find another TC like it. Sure you can get a cheapr tamiya, but they dont even come with bearings or oil filled shocks 80% of the time.

The car is already only 1.96 pounds, how much more do you want to lighten it? BTW this is going to be my first electric tourer (electric anything on that thought), so thanks to you guys for pointing it out!
