its 13 turns and even if it does get fried just change the fuse mine handles a 13 but not an 11 and in the manual it says it has a 13 turn capacity.to be safe though go for 15 of 14 turns.

Yea, it is 13 turns. Do you know if if can handle 8 cells? Or just 7?

they can handle 6-7 cells. I used to have one of my PPs in my pede with a 13T and it would get really hot. I would recomend geting something like a chameleon motor or nothing more than a 14T. Cause my PPs do not handle heat all that well.

I believe it is 13 too but if you run 7 cells I'd recommend only running a 15 at max because the amp draw sometimes blows the fuse. :)

I dont think the spike ESCs has a fuse. And most ESCs dont have fuses but the Dynomite one does.

There is one but not the same as what we are all talking about.

The dynamite has one under the heat sink or in the case, the spike has an external one. It is green with two black wires one attaches to - and the other goes to the esc.
